1. Introduction

khbd reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any associated funds held in breach of these conditions.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any bonuses or winnings accumulated across those accounts.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. khbd will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to safe and reliable platform operations, khbd may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures. This may involve submitting a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or other relevant documentation. KYC checks may be required at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary by our compliance team. Accounts that fail to complete required KYC checks within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

Misuse of any promotional offer, including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of technical errors, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in the suspension of the associated account.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the khbd platform — including live casino tables (roulette, baccarat, blackjack), crash games (such as those accessible via our Triple and Cat Fishing categories), slots, and cricket betting — operate under their own individual game rules which are displayed within each respective game interface. By choosing to play any game, you accept those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

The results of all games are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or by live dealer outcomes, as applicable. khbd does not manipulate game results. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnect during a gaming session:

• Incomplete game rounds will be voided if the outcome cannot be determined from server-side records.
• Bets already accepted by the server prior to any disconnect will be honoured where technically possible.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the khbd platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and the forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

khbd makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Users accept that gambling involves financial risk and that khbd bears no responsibility for losses sustained through normal gameplay, including losses resulting from streaks of bad luck.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

khbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, poses a risk to the platform's integrity, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the interests of khbd and its other users.

Upon closure, any pending wager outcomes will be settled normally, and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any bonuses or ineligible funds) will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms are not entitled to a refund of funds.

11. Amendments to These Terms

khbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which khbd operates internationally. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team at [email protected] shall be referred to binding arbitration. khbd and the user agree to attempt resolution in good faith before escalating any matter to formal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable under local law.
